Why Delta Sigma Pi?
The Beta Sigma Chapter is represented by strong leaders who are paving their way into successful futures through professional development, community service, social activities and
academic excellence.

The Pilars
The Beta Sigma Chapter fosters community within the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business through our Four Pillars.
Professional Development
Delta Sigma Pi employs a rigorous program of professional development for our members, beginning with collegiate membership and continuing for life. Our Brothers enjoy high-quality workshops, frequent events with business leaders, opportunities to mentor and be mentored by leaders in their fields, and supportive friendships that strengthen both professional and personal success.
Service and Philanthropy
Delta Sigma Pi Brothers at SLU learn to cultivate an attitude of Ignatian service to our local community, supporting a variety of organizations that impact the lives of individuals and families with our time and talents. This commitment to philanthropy and service characterizes all our alumni and collegiate chapters. Our national philanthropies are “literacy” and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Leadership
With numerous opportunities to build leadership skills through training, conferences, and holding local or national offices, Delta Sigma Pi members are groomed to be leaders and continue to grow their leadership skills throughout their careers. Donations through the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation directly support these training and developmental programs. Throughout Delta Sigma Pi's leadership education, we emphasize ethical leadership that leads to lasting impact.
Social
Delta Sigma Pi is a great way to build lifelong friendships and develop an extensive network of other business professionals. At Fraternity events you'll make connections with other collegiate and alumni members, and no matter where you go, you can count on your Delta Sigma Pi brothers to support you both personally and professionally.

Delta Sigma Pi is a professional fraternity organized to foster the study of business in universities; to encourage scholarship, social activity and the association of students for their mutual advancement by research and practice; to promote closer affiliation between the commercial world and students of commerce, and to further a higher standard of commercial ethics and culture and the civic and commercial welfare of the community.
Take it from a Brother

DSP has given me many opportunities to learn and grow in the professional world of business.

Rachel Heath
I love Delta Sigma Pi because of the amazing people I am fortunate enough to surround myself with everyday. Not only are we like minded individuals, but we all share the same values of giving back to the community and helping others grow professionally. Without DSP, I would not have been able to meet amazing people, like my roommate Monste, or my countless other lifelong friends and brothers. I am proud to be a Deltasig.

After Joining Delta Sigma Pi, I found myself another familia at Saint Louis University away from my own familia. DSP has not only allowed me to hold leadership opportunities but has allowed me to help foster a strong sense of community for the new members of Delta Sigma Pi. Because of DSP, I’ve had the privilege of working with like-minded students all pursuing the same goal.

Branden Hampton
Delta Sigma Pi has ignited my passions for the world of business and fostered meaningful relationships among my peers.

Alumni Brother, Class of 2024
DSP has truly given me so much - the path that led to my first post-graduation job, some of my closest college friendships, & the experience of managing in a professional environment, just to name a few. What’s also incredible is knowing these impacts & relationships have the potential to last a lifetime
